Good communication is a must in both education phase of life and professional. Communication simply does not limit to a verbal communication between two people, it involves the correct use of body language, good listening skills, good speaking skills, reading and effective writing skills. It also involves correct use of tone and context. Out of all of these, a very important skill that needs to be of major importance is an effective writing skill.
